I would not do membrane sweep, but EPO (insert inside your vag) hold it in. Wear panties if you go to be it can be messy. Sex helps too. Be patient I went 8 days over but labor is so much better when it comes on natural vs being induced: midwife may recommend herbs if you go post dates
