How would you guys handle your SO shouting, "you know what, I don't give a shit anymore. Who cares?" Everytime you get into an argument. After repeatedly talking to him about how that makes the situation worse?

my so and I fought until he stopped coming and he wasnt financially supporting me and my girls..... when I filed for child support and spousal support against him that was it for him.... we haven't talked it out cuz he thinks he is not at fault he thinks it my fault but am not going to say sorry.... so now I heard that he is filing for divorce..... but am positive that he will think twice before sending the divorce papers to me
