Yeah it does suck. it's not good to use them too often because it can make it harder for your body to naturally do what it's supposed to but it's completely safe to use once in a while. Once a week is probably as much as I'd want to use them.

I buy the children's one. It's the same as the regular but just smaller. and cheaper!
