since you have been having these prodromal labor signs, you will know when it's real because it won't feel anything like what you've been experiencing. Trust me on that. Your body is preparing itself and the good thing is that since you're having so many contractions off and on, when you go into active labor you may get to the hospital already at 4 or 5 cm. I had prodromal labor with my 3rd for about 2 weeks and got to the hospital when active labor started and i was already 6cm

yea I have the app and I suck at using it. they'll come and go I know I'm not in active labor but the fact that I don't know what's going on in there is bothering me and making me anxious. I'll be walking and pretty much double over in pain and have to concentrate through it. but they're definitely not regular. If it was active labor it's not likely you'd be able to make a post asking if you should go in. You'd likely be in too much pain. Try timing them for an hr first before going in.
