debating on whether or not to go to the hospital to get checked. my doctor won't check me until I'm 40 weeks and I've been having cramping and contractions but I suck at timing them. feels like I have to go #2 all the time and he's just gonna fall right out. do u think I should go to get checked?
since you have been having these prodromal labor signs, you will know when it's real because it won't feel anything like what you've been experiencing. Trust me on that. Your body is preparing itself and the good thing is that since you're having so many contractions off and on, when you go into active labor you may get to the hospital already at 4 or 5 cm. I had prodromal labor with my 3rd for about 2 weeks and got to the hospital when active labor started and i was already 6cm
yea I have the app and I suck at using it. they'll come and go I know I'm not in active labor but the fact that I don't know what's going on in there is bothering me and making me anxious. I'll be walking and pretty much double over in pain and have to concentrate through it. but they're definitely not regular. I've had constant period pains for like a week now and my back is always throbbing. I've heard so many different stories of labor I'm scared I'm not gonna know what's wat @arivera64
And that's normal. You'll know when it's time. You're gonna get 2 or 3 good contractions that feel nothing like what you've been feeling lately and you're gonna say oh shit let's go.....it's time lol
