Tmi: this pregnancy has given me so much gas that won't seem to pass and now causing so much pain for me. Also haven't had any stools since like Wednesday 😩. What can I eat or drink to help?
@amaperalta03 Maybe try out eating a lot of fruit in the morning and lunch and then have other types of meals after that? If it doesn't work just go back to what you were doing to begin with. I'm glad the tea helped though! And hopefully you aren't under lots of stress either!
@miicat, I snack on fruits throughout the day. And I eat veggies with every meal
@amaperalta03, Sometimes it takes a while to figure out the root cause that's normal ☺ Do you eat your fruits in the morning? Some people are more sensitive to food combining rules. Fruits digest the fastest so eating them after other foods can cause gas.
@miicat, I sleep a lot and drink water lol idk what's wrong. But I'm glad some tea did help I'll just stick with that and lots of water
@amaperalta03 Well I do suggest you cut out all dairy and make sure you're drinking enough water. I also sometimes get constipated if I'm stressed out or don't rest enough.
@miicat, I don't drink milk but I do have cheese like every other day or so
@miicat, I don't eat meat anyways and always Eat veggies and fruits I eat really well
Cut out animal products and eat a lot of fiber rich foods, tons of fruits some veggies and plenty of carbohydrates like potatoes pasta and rice.
@jwest267, I don't do caffeine even when I wasn't pregnant it's a non caffiene tea. I'm very picky lol
I take Metamucil. It helps tremendously

@jwest267, I don't like coffee but I did have some tea and it helped just a little bit thinking of having a second cup
have a cup of coffee! that always does the trick for me! 😅
Fiber one cereal....no joke only thing that has helped me. oh pregnancy
u can take gas x..... in my first trimester it was my life saver
I'm experiencing that now... I had cramps all morning and I still do.
