go into the bathroom close the door & sit in there with the baby with the hot water running. the steam will help if not boil hot water on the stove with herbs that help you breath. that works just like a humidifier. i did it when my son had the flu at 4 months & it helped him break up the mucus. i hope she feels better hun!

I sat up so many nights just so she'd be propped and able to breathe. Sleepless nights were well worth it because she breathed better.

Oh yeah. I hear you. A cool mist humidifier helps a ton! Warm mist humidifier doesn't do jack.

thank you @s_r_z_15 I hope so too! She sounds like she's struggling to breathe from her nose. :( I'm going to buy a humidifier as well because I don't like using too many man made things like medicine..

I recommend the Little Remedies brand. My LO dealt with that all theough winter and that brand was the only one that worked :/ Hope she gets better soon!
