I did cold rags, put them in the fridge for a couple hours also don't take hot showers, that stimulates them.

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I wrapped my boobs down with a bandage and wore tight sports bra. Thats what my doctor told me to do and it worked for me.
