Why would older boy tease him? I think it would be the other way around. It's the healthiest thing for him.

If u don't do it before he leaves the hospital he will not be able to get it done until he is about 2 or 3 or fully potty trained. They want laugh it's the norm now and right they shouldn't even know what he got.

It reduces risk of infection, I got my son circumcision 2014 when I had him. It's a great decision

I did it with my boy .. It's better and healthy for him .. Overseas everyone do it ... They actually make fun of none circumcised ones .. You are on right track ..

One of mine is and one isnt, my newest addition will be as well, found out today that this is why my 2 year old has had alot of issues down there, so we're being referred to a uro to get his cut as well. sometimes it's a better choice. to each their own. my son wasn't at birth because of bradycardia but then again he's 2 I could have done it just didnt. buy now he definitely is getting it done.

I'm getting my son , my fiance said they actually make fun of them when there not and if heard it does help out a lot with infections down there with them because they won't have all that extra skin

I'm getting my baby circumcised. Doctors have recommended it to us because there's less risk of infection and my SO is circumcised as well. To each their own but I think people that refer to it as torture for the baby are a little dramatic. They don't even realize what's happening most of the time, it's a very quick procedure.

Nope. My doctor says it's ridiculous that it's become the norm here in the US.

I did because my sisters mom was telling me her brother wasn't and he didn't clean himself properly and got a really bad penis infection under the foreskin when he was 30 so they had to circumcise him in his 30s and he wished that it had been done when he was born.

@expectnmy1anonly, they will do it up to two weeks after you leave the hospital. my hospital didn't do them you had to make an appointment with a specialist and they scheduled 2 weeks out so you could research and change your mind if you wanted.

Please do research on it first. It's actually very rare in other countries besides the US and if you talk to a specialist they will tell you they get more patients with complications from being circumcised as a baby than those who are there to actually have it done later in life because of infection.
