My only grandma is very sick. I'm really having a hard time wrapping my head around that she might not get to meet her great grandchild! This is not how imagined the end of my pregnancy.

I understand. my only grandma died a month after I got married and my first day at my job.. man it was so hard. we spent our one month at her funeral and now every time I see red roses and baby breath it reminds me of my wedding and my grandma (those are the flowers she had at her funeral). it gets easier with time, it'll be good that you'll be having your baby it'll help you focus more on your baby.
