I've had four and going to have my 5th. as a mother who had to be induced every single time I'm just saying that you can be dilated to a 3 for weeks. baby will come when it's ready not something you need to or should force.

Primrose oil... I read a lot... it seems to help a lot of women. Castor oil but that can cause bowel movement too.

@emlopez91, I've been 3cm and 70% for a month. this last week I went up to a whole 3.5cm and 80%. today was my due date and then Wednesday I see the dr to begin talking about an induction. its like a form of torture.

i did that i even put eposom salt in the bath water and nothing i done almost every google tip i swear just trying to get to 1 more cm is horrible

I was 2 cm for almost a week until I decided to take a nice hot relaxing bath. later that night I ended up going into labor. I would Google some stuff & see what you find lol

i think i did all that too lmfaoo im literally 1 cm away from just getting admitted and its like a battle to get there @aubrey725

if you figure it out, let me know. I've walked miles, had sex, ate pineapples, went down bumpy roads, bounced on the end of the bed, warm baths, you name it.

i been walking and i even did squats they said not to go untill ny contractions are 2 or 3 mins apart im like so desperate right now @jennyolguin
