well what I got was a very sturdy pillow which isn't soft but isn't rock hard & I put it between my knees. & when I sleep on my side I take a blanket fold it & put it under my stomach side to lift my stomach so it doesn't drag down & strain my back. & when I lay on my back I get the sturdy pillow under my knees & heating pad under my back with pillows by my side.
