You need to sit down with him and her and have a conversation. Draw up a chore chart and use it. There's no reason u and your mom need to be cooking for everyone. She needs to pull her weight. If not he and she will no longer be included in meals. And housework omg don't even get me started!!!?!? This behavior has been accepted because you both have allowed it. Things need to change or the bitterness will continue and that's not healthy. And it's not right that two grown adults aren't pulling their weight ESP for the children involved.
