I've had the mirena and now I have Nexplanon and haven't had any bad side effects from either.

if your breastfeeding it usually the mini pill or an implant... If your not breastfeeding then I liked the patch, but I'm not a fan of anything I can't remove or stop taking myself.. also I've Hurd a lot of bad reviews on the uterine implants
