ladies, when naming your child, please take into consideration how someone could make fun of it... they have to live with their name the rest of their lives. Think about how often they'll have to correct someone with pronouncing and spelling it. I'm living proof of this, my son's name is Corben but the b-e-n is after my amazing Pepaw. I know he'll have to struggle his whole life correcting people when it comes to spelling it and I feel guilty but I REALLY wanted Ben in my son's name somehow.
Happy Naming! :)
@camcam216 I completely understand mine is Karna and no one ever gets my name right.
@camcam216 i don't know why lol it's simple lie is equivalent to lee and any other form of that😩 people these days but heck lol kids are just mean I was called Lucas Mucous all through school by my friends haha... Brinley can be called B A Coxwell 😩😳 which is gross....
I guess I forgot to mention my name...which is Shaylie....(said like shaylee) lol u can only imagine how many times I've had to correct the spelling and pronunciation in 28 years. lol @karnamarie @delilahmarie @mamaash @autumnsmomma125 @hermommy
we named our son Ezekiel for short zeke (ZEEK) 💁 and we know that goes with geek. (zeke the geek) if a kid is teasing tho that's bc his parents arent raising them right so I'm not too concerned bc I'm the way we are gonna raise our son. he won't be affected by that nonsense and he will grow up and his name will be completely fine. ☺️☺️
I'm naming my daughter Autumn and it's the commons spelling. I'm just worried about her learning to spell it. But I totally get what you mean I grew up with the last name Holomon and EVERYONE including my high school spelt it wrong and I had to have it corrected to get my diploma. And they almost pronounced it wrong at graduation. Sadly my parents couldn't pick a different last name lol
I'm naming my daughter ( Roshan ) it's Indian name and founded in some arabic cultures too with variety of pretty meanings so I loved it.
