@jamielynn07, have you seen a location consultant? also have you thought of getting the baby adjusted by a chiropractor I've Hurd it helps a lot with a ton of different things
@jamielynn07, I'd suggest keeping him uncovered while nursing, and the babies suckle is supposed to be able to get milk that pumping can't, but if it's working for you it works.. and yeah I feel like my little one is never full, but what I've realized is that he just likes using me as a pacifier... I have been however offering him only one boob an eating session unless he has been nursing for 20 min and i can feel that I'm empty then I'll allow him like maybe 10 on the other side and he is satisfied, but I have him suckle on the side that's "empty" so that way my boob gets the hint to make more.. it's supply and demand
I find I'm having the opposite problem because I have flat nipples and have to use a shield @aphrodite2014 plus he falls asleep nursing and it takes do long. when he's more awake I think it will be easier. I'm nursing him alot but just feels like he's never full.
