Good afternoon mommies!

Couple quick questions... I'm 32 weeks pregnant. How and when do I need to schedule a walkthrough at the hospital I will be going to? Should my Dr help me with that? Also.. when should I take birthing classes? My Dr has yet mentioned either of these to me.. ?? Another thing.. I've seen some mommies talk about it on here... but how do I figure out if I can get a breast pump? I've heard Wic will give you one? if that's incorrect.. How can I see if my insurance will get me one? I feel so lost with all of this.. 😕

For the walk through get the number from your doctor to call and schedule an appointment and for the pump you need to call the 1800 number on your card to see if you qualify. Then they give you a number to call

call the hospital and just ask. they'll give you the dates that they're giving the tours. birthing classes are also provided at the hospital. usually they don't do them so closes to the due date (mine didn't anyway) but check it out anyway. also, I did "birthing classes" on YouTube lol. and if you have wic, a lactation consultant will come to your room after you give birth and basically set you up with one. just ask. or call your insurance.

I went to the hospital and asked. Some hospital don't do walk throughs so I would call and ask. And as for baby classes you can take them now since you never know when your baby will come. Some doctors have recommendations but it's really what you prefer

For the hospital tour you should contact the hospital you're planning on delivering on, and they should have info on the prenatal classes there if not ask

Hospital walk through a and birthing classes are really something your dr will talk to you about because they are your choice. You can do them if you want to or not take them. It's not something you have to do. You should call wic if you think they will give you a pump, or call your insurance and see if they will cover a pump. I went online to edgepark and applied and received mine in a week for free with my insurance.

I don't know any of the answers to your other questions😕 but for the breast pump call your insurance, let them know you're pregnant and see if they provide you one. My insurance provided one, I even got to choose the kind I wanted!

amberdaugherty No I wouldn’t unless it’s a fake cry. My doctors have never mentioned crying it out and
