Rant here....Wow my mom is being extra bitchy today...she is asking me who I invited to my baby shower and I told her maybe three "friends" are coming. I have no friends besides courtney who has been there for 12 years. she says I pushed all my friends away including my swim team friends from school and she imagined I had school activities. my friends from school moved on because they are fake friends. my swim team moved on without me when I was injured and unable to participate. and again I am a shy antisocial woman who never had activities to do with friends because I rather be with my pets. she's just mad that I moved out because I was sick of the way my family treated me and moved in with my boyfriend. "cause you gave up your friends" my ass!

I told my bf that I deserve to have who I want in there cuz the mother is the one that's in labor, she is the one who is in pain, who is having another human come out of her and she needs to have all the support she needs. NOT the dad. He shutted up after that lol. At least she will be there to help you afterwards.
same here,we were 4th grade friends lol. yes, Always need one friend or it might get a little lonley. she wants to be in the room when I have the baby but my bf finds it really weird so I don't think she'll be in there to see.
@belle6414 that's so sweet and helpful :) me and my friend have been friends since 4th grade and she was the first one to know I was pregnant cuz she looked at the home pregnancy test before me lol. As long as we got that one friend there with us right? lol . Is she going to be in the room when you have the baby?
@hanna_lynn, my one friend I have is super sweet though she is wanting to come live with me a while when the baby comes to help me out.
@kambam, exactly what I'm thinking. I'm happy with just happy with my bf,my baby to be and myself.
I only have like 1 friend that interact with and we only see each other about once a month now. We're both busy with beginning our lives and I'm going to be a mom any day now. Life isn't all about friends definitely when you're focusing on being a parent
having friends is really the strangest priority to be worried about rn lol
