So last night i was in the absolute worse pain. I was feeling uncomfortable for a while before the pain started i assumed bh but when it started hurting it felt like full on contractions. I had a lot of vaginal pressure while this was happening my so couldnt even touch me Then i was pacing and drinking water. Then read to lay on side because it can delay contractions. Finally around 4 i was able to fall asleep i have mild back pain today but i think im okay. i hope.
