what medicine was everyone on for depression while pregnant?? I was in wellbutrin but it didn't help…

they put me on Zoloft at 30weeks with my second. it helped for 2 weeks then stopped

Could you talk with a life coach or get therapy?

I was in therapy for a long time before I was pregnant and it made everything worse. @miicat

I got off the depressant because all of them are too risky, even when they say their safe for pregnancy.. I just use my baby as my anti depressant.

@mrsdoyle Did you have a bad therapist? There are also life coaches, healers and other kinds of help. Mental health journeys are impossible to overcome with just medication. They only give temporary relief. I hope you find something that works for you!

@themommaoffour, @liveitwithlove Zoloft made me really suicidal when I took so that would be out of the question :(

my doctor doesn't want me to start taking anything until after the baby is born.
