i get them too but my doctor said its normal, its just the baby pressing down

@summerbaby89, they're not really coming and going and they're not super intense. Just nagging.

@amberr_0302, that's good to know. I've also read that it's maybe just growing pains. So I'm hoping that's what it is

just let your doctor know when you see them next

oh hmm, idn, I haven't had any, this time around yet unless I need to poop lol (tmi) but with my first son I was having them and I was actually in labor and didn't know it, got to the doctor in a knick of time

I'm 31 weeks with twins and I get period like cramps too. I'll also get them in my thighs and it has started around my back. but it's not constant. it goes away. I've talked with my ob and high-risk doctor. they say not to worry unless it's constant like true labor, or I'm bleeding or leaking. I see them once a week, explain my symptoms everytime. they've been keeping a close eye on me throughout my pregnancy and checking my cervix for a month now, due to shortening and thinning. so far everything has been fine.

@summerbaby89, if they start becoming timable then I will go to l&d... I guess if it was labor I was just expecting it to be wayyyy more intense. Was it not that way for you?

well thats why timing is everything, I'm going to say it is false labor (braxton hicks) for u since your still 30 weeks, but no for me it was tolerable cramping, I didn't think it hurt much, granted it was uncomfortable but I was expecting it to be much worse but as they got worse and more frequent I was like ok maybe I should just have them check I was (37 weeks) so I went in after feeling the (cramping) all day and I was in full blown labor and 8 cm dilated, they broke my water right away and my son was out less then an hour later

@summerbaby89, okay, I will definitely be paying attention to timing. That's totally crazy though! Went by way faster than expected then😂

hahaa I know! that's why I'm freaking out with this one! I'm afraid I won't get to the hospital in time and I'll be telling the story about how I gave birth in my kitchen 😂, I'd much rather be at the hospital, hoping I make it
