So has any one had back labor? What does it feel like? Or have a dr refer to baby as "sunny side up" I looked up and I think that's the position my baby is in because instead of feeling her less now that I'm past 40 weeks I feel her moving like crazy and I think she's facing out instead of in because I swear I feel her knees with little knots on my stomach. I'm having pain in my lower back its not going away just gets a little more painful then goes back to normal pain feeling. I seen sometimes if you have back labor you don't always feel cramps or contractions in the front.
