Go to the dr and get checked to make sure it isn't an infection

They said it was not

Might be eating too much greasy foods

If your friend already got checked out by a doctor, it could be a hormonal thing or maybe she needs to change up her hygiene routine.

Maybe she can try those medicated wipes that they make for when you itch down there they may help

Tell her to stop using soaps down there for a week and see how that helps. She can be throwing off her pH balance. I don't use soap at all around my vag area and I don't have any kind of smells down there. Haven't washed with soap in my lady parts in almost a whole year.

You only get a smell down there if there's an infection. BV is common and it's just an imbalance in Ph levels. Like from getting soap up there, ect... Not a std or sti or anything.... But I'd go to another doctor if one said it wasn't an infection. Becuase a healthy one has no smell..
