Hi Ladies:

Anyone else dealing with gallstone/gallbladder issues? If so, what are you doing about it?

Not at the moment I'm on bed rest but it's completely unrelated to the gallbladder

Ok. I actually am still working so yesterday and today I am trying the Glucerna shakes to see if it has the same effects on me. So far so good. Just eat a meal at night so I'm home. Are you still working? @geekfusion

I'm 31 weeks so headed into 8 months. I started having problems with my gallbladder around 24 weeks. Very common in pregnancy. It was excruciating for weeks. I was throwing up everything and the pain was unreal. I must have lost about 10 pounds. But tiny healthy meals should have you start feeling better after awhile. If you can only do two bites at a time then do two bites at a time and wait a while then have another two bites. It's a pain in the ass but I found it helped.

I can't eat more than 3 bites before I get dizzy, blurred vision & pain. I have to rest immediately afterwards. @geekfusion

What are your symptoms after you eat?

Ugg. I thought my gallstones were gonna be the death of me. Now I'm on a diet of no greasy/fatty/spicy foods, minimal oils, and no nuts lol. It also helps a lot of you eat only small meals at a time to let it digest nicely. A lot of water never hurt either.
