Wow!!! @kmunoz yeah when I walk I speed walk I'm 2cm dilated as of Thursday. My cramping has been very consistent and my stomach has been tight with it. So I know I'm progressing 😀 I'm hoping they will get stronger soon I'm ready for this baby to come out. @kmunoz

I had them on and off for a week, if I got them we'd go for a walk and they'd go away. The time they didn't was when they started at 10pm and went alllll night. I finally got to sleep around 3am and woke up at 7am and my water was leaking. I went to the hospital and they admitted me. Best thing to do to speed it up is walk! I dilated so fast the more I walked. I didn't think contractions were painful until I got to 9 though lol I delivered 2 days early and they stripped my membranes at 6cm and as they did it my water broke...

once your water breaks, at least for me, labor went fast lol
