is there such thing as styling hair gel for babies?

There really moisturizing for the baby's hair and skin I use it on my son for a while now and it has been fine on him that reminds me I hv to get another pack like this

i looked it up and the only one i found is called j&j oil gel, is it that one? but i saw the reviews and ppl use it for their body lol @ashley_abby20
