So after taking Benadryl the day before yesterday, and having read that it can decrease or dry up your supply, I logged all my son's diapers and feedings. I think everything seems to be like it should. Input if you would would be awesome.
• 8 wet diapers (some very wet, others were wet enough to turn the line blue) and each of them had a small bit of poop in them, not much but he usually poops with every diaper change a small bit.
•5 feedings in total throughout the day - he is 3 months old - most totaling 10-12 minutes in length.

He should be feeding 8-12 times a day. How many hours between feedings? I took 1 dose of Benadryl and I didn't have any issues.

2-3 hours or so. At 3 months I heard they eat less than 8-12 times a day.

Oh I thought 8 times was the minimum regardless of age.....

8 wet diapers...sounds like you're good to me! Im pretty sure once they're out of that newborn stage they can nurse less than 8 times a day. Everyone in my Facebook BF groups including the LCs always says as long as you're getting 6-7 wet diapers a day (maybe even 5), that you're fine!
