This may be kind of a long post so bare with me please. I'm 28 weeks and I've been having dull back aches that start cramping and moving to my stomach. I've heard if it's false labor pains move around or change positions and it's supposed to get better but it doesn't. I work nights and I'm always on my feet and I try to sit to ease the pain or walk it off but it just has to go away on it's own. I think I lost part of my mucus plug (not sure I've never lost one before) but every time I stand I feel like I started my period and I go to the bathroom and it's (tmi sorry) like a wad of snot coming out and takes forever to wipe. Can anyone give me advice on what this could mean or what I should do? I didn't have these problems with my other 2 pregnancies I was induced with both. I'm kinda scared sorry

definitely call your ob. it looks like you're having some early labor. I had the same cramps, they were off and on for weeks, but they weren't consistent at all. I wouldn't worry unless they get close together, like more than 1 or 2 in an hour. but it's best to call your doctor if you're worried at all, because stressing about it can make it worse. I wouldn't worry about your mucus plug though, that will just grow back.

Sounds like contractions, and that wade of snot is probably your mucus plug lol. you should call your OB or L&D and get checked to see if you're dilating.
