I don't hardly sleep I refuse to take a sleep aid think I'm gone start laying on my couch it's better when I sleep sitting up between acid reflux and the pains soon as my blatter is full is harder to even get out the bed my I already have insomnia it's xs 10 now I have 12 pillow and a snuggle been suffering from sciatic pain and edema since February and been on bed rest since March I take at least two Tylenol a day and they said my next move is hospitalized bedrest I'm 24 weeks today measuring 28 the twins are growing good the weighing a few ounces ahead of schedule@mariefebus I also sleep in a maternity girdle

@mommycheeks I'm glad is not only me... not glad that you are in pain but is so frustrating... You have problem sleeping too?

I'm having twin girls as well this must be what twin pregnancy is like I'm in pain all day long went to hospital nothing they can do @mariefebus I been in pain since 16 weeks 😏

Did you try putting pillows under the belly between your legs and hug one while you sleep on your left it helps with balance
