Omg i remeber that feeling i had to have the lacticion(sp) nurse help massage cause they hurt so bad😣

I had to pump through it, they felt like boulders. I also used Thera-Pearls, warmed up, around the flanges of my pump. They helped me let down easier and the warm feeling just feels good in general
