omg I have tried laying every possible ways sitting up and standing and drinking some water I feel like my baby is literally sitting on my lungs in my chest and it's hard to breathe (FYI I know she is not sitting on my lungs) and it's very annoying

Of course and it gets hard to with other little ones. If you son likes music when he sleeps your daughter might respond to some soft music too.

I have my son that wouldn't work unfortunately he is sleeping right now but because he's really sick I don't want to to leave him to take a bath @heavenwings thank you though I'll try talking to her when my son is awake :)

Try talking to her! I have to talk to my son too and he tends to hear me... Maybe even a warm bath or shower might help.
