Anyone else always wake up with their hips hurting? Even if you use pillows between your legs?

yea, round ligament pain.

Goodness is that what this is? I had it in my last pregnancy as well but it started when I was around 5 or 6 months...and I'll be 5 months Monday.

probably cause its your second pregnancy. everything will happen earlier and be more intense. I had really bad round ligament pains with this pregnancy, it's my second, and with twins. in my first trimester I felt like I was in labor waking up with such horrible pains and hip pains. apparently all of it was normal. Just round ligament pain and your uterus stretching fast. the baby weight will be more heavy on your bladder and pelvis this time around. for me it gets hard to walk around out doors anywhere. babies weigh down in my crotch. sharp pains, BH. and they get worse the further I get. noticed them since 20weeks.

@shannaa24, this is actually my 4th pregnancy. I have a 7 year old girl (with that pregnancy I had back pain near the end but no hip pain) then I had a miscarriage (only made it to 8 weeks) and then I have my 2 year old girl. And this my boy.

and its funny that you mentioned how you felt in the first trimester because I felt that way in the beginning with this pregnancy as well. Congratulations on the twins BTW. @shannaa24

Yes. It hurts to get up 😭

that hip pain wasn't round ligament pain for me. I needed my spine aligned. that took away almost all of my hip pain
