well, congrats. well yes first be sure you have a Dr's appointment, drink your prenatal vitamins because your baby is gonna take a lot of yours. be sure to have a good support from your man (if he's in the picture), and family. be sure to eat enough to satisfy you and the baby. drink a lot of water.

yes I have my first ultrasound next thursday. drinking lots of water, eating ALOT . and taking my vitamins. just get this feeling I should be doing something more .

Well first off congrats ! first make an appointment then start on some prenatals and if you are telling family. in the beginning go tell them :)
