What will take away heartburn it's so bad it's like in my throat making me wanna puke 😔

zantac is what Iim allowed to take but until yl u ask your ob stuck to Tums and bread

Bread gives me heartburn lol

Milk always gave me some relief but it usually came right back in a few hours

Unfortunately for some of us nothing helps girl. I've taken everything the other ladies have suggested n they only bring temporary relief sometimes or just stop working at all 😑
