nipple cream is a must. nursing bra's, covers. you got your pump you should also get storage bags for your milk. boppy pillows. I'm getting two, plus a z-pillow for twins. get some wipes that are good to use for your pump peices while your out and about pumping. I read drinking pineapple juice helps your supply as well.

@sharonpaige13, also I didn't know this till I tried to breastfeed at the hospital. if you have flat or inverted nipples you'll need nipple shields. get a few boxes. Amazon has them the cheapest. you get a box of 4 for $9 and they last awhile.
