have they checked to see if you've become anemic? I was having this problem really bad and then I found out I was anemic and they said that's why I have no energy. I take iron pills twice a day and it's helped but I still get tired so easily

I thought about just increasing my iron intake through the weekend to see if that helps. Maybe I should call to see if I need a lab draw. Thanks for the input.
