gosh every time I go throw up I pee all over myself it's gotten to where I keep extra clothes in the bathroom with me 😧😧 I can't keep taking this

I know it sounds crazy but try wearing pads. I had this issue too
The same thing happened to me every time so I would straight up sit on the toilet and throw up into the trashcan or a bag. I knew I would pee every time even if I didn't feel like I had to.
that's the problem I don't gotta use the bathroom just out of no where when I do throw up I wet myself
Sit on the toilet and use a bag it'll be easier

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
the worst is when you're in public. I vomited after dinner a few months back and literally had to sit on a towel on the way home. thank God my husbands a firefighter and took it lightly.
