My son (2 and a half) has had a on going cough for 3 weeks. It kinda comes and goes but it's bad again to where he is up all night. No other symptoms still his normal playful self. He has asthma. Do you think it's time to take him to the dr?

This is my little angel-nephew Tristen. He ascended Saturday morning. (It's too hard to say he "died"...I'm not ready.) This week has been a VERY hard week and it's only Wednesday. 😢
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Are there learning programs for the summer for 1st graders?? I'm so sad my son has failed and he will be in 1st grade again. 😭😭 he has learning disabilities but I feel like he takes advantage of that and he always wants to be playing and on the phone all the time like I'm so over it! I try my best to teach him and it's like he completely doesn't care and he's only 7years old.. Smh idk what to do.
Okay ladies opinions needed.
As a woman, I've been tested for stds. And every time it has been 100% negative.
My fiancé has NEVER been tested.
I told him I want him to be tested before we get married just as a precaution and I think it's fair. He knows I don't suspect anything it's just what a normal person should do. Then he blows up and says he doesn't want to be married and he refuses to be tested.
He has agreed to it in the past but now he thinks he should have to. What do yall think?

Is this chicken pox?
He has eczema on his shoulders, but the rash on his back is different, appeared last night and he now has some on his neck and chest too.
Help!
Yes, you should take him to the doctor
