I have dreams all the time about having a shot or a beer or a glass of wine, but in my dreams I'm still pregnant and I secretly sneak it. I'm so glad that when I wake up I know it's not real but yet I still get that guilty feeling like it was.

I have dreams like that ALL the time lmao. Even smoking cigs.. I wake up feeling so upset until I realize it was a dream and my baby is okay haha.
