Anyone else become over paranoid after giving birth? I don't even trust my husband to be left alone with the twins. Maybe because he fell asleep with one and she was entirely covered up with a heavy blanket, pressed up against him and the couch. I picked her up and her face was bright red. I've never been so scared.

Yes!! My husband always falls asleep with her on his chest and I've explained to him he can't do that. He doesn't see it as an issue but the problem is when he's tired he cannot stay awake and when he sleeps there's no waking him up. It's like he's dead. Ugh.

I went through that and still do with my son who is a year and a half. came home from the grocery store the other day and my son was running around the house while he was passed out on the couch. men just don't have the same instincts as is mom's do. I don't blame you for feeling that way at all. I hardly ever leave him alone with our baby. it's hard because sometime we just need to get out alone but I know I want my babies safe!
