2 to 3 hours is typically the average. my 1 month old eats every 1-4 depending on the time of day. I recommend going off of the baby's cues of when they are hungry and not using a clock, however in young babies it's recommended to wake them if it's been more than 3 hrs and feed, otherwise ypur milk supply will take a hit.
