I'm 30+weeks with twin boys & my stomach has already dropped plus I'm high risk for preterm labor already been in hospital when I was 27 weeks they gave me steroids to stop my contractions but my boys are very active and could come at anytime 😔

My feet swell as well and I don't do any walking. Try eating bananas, it helps sometimes.

I pray aswell I been staying off my feet but they still swollen and thanks I try to keep to keep myself up
