when does your first period come after pp?

Depends if you're breastfeeding or not if not it's usually around 6ish weeks

mine was at 7 weeks and I'm breastfeeding

If breastfeeding it could take months but if not then yes 6-10 weeks after. I breastfed the first month but had to stop and had mine at 10 weeks after :)

@ashsloan, @miranda4431 Monday will be 6 weeks for me. just I'm still discharging the lochia. but right now I wipe a little red with clear so I'm wondering.

maybe its time for your period ugh its the worst I had the worst cramps ever 😢

Yes, anything before 8 weeks pp is still considered pp bleeding. Pp bleeding can come and go so sometimes you may think you started your period but it isnt.

mine didn't but when I went to my appt with the surgeon to get my tubes tied he checked me and said everything was perfect

I don't know. I never went. I haven't been seen at all except for when I went to er after my scar from tearing opened up.

@miranda4431, I got my tubed tied too or cut whatever they did. @meagansimone I had a c section and my cut reopen.
