Help!!!! My boobs Engorged really bad and I've taken a hot bath , pump, breastfeed, put a cold towel and still boobs are huge full hard and I'm in pain!!!😢😫

@natti_gzalez, massage them downwards & pump if it helps you. also holding your baby in the football position helps loosen all that milk so it won't be as hard and painful.

Pump only makes it worse will it did for me and the way I fixed it was by feeding my baby all that milk

What kind of pump are you using?.... And I have been told by all of my sisters that placing fresh cabbage on your breast works very well with releasing the milk. So trying placing the cabbage on while pumping.
