Do any of you ladies (mostly FTM) get embarrassed or feel uncomfortable of being seen by your S.O after having a child since your body isn't the same? I mean I know your body changes but the worst part of all (I think) is getting stretch marks and not feel as comfortable/attractive as you once did before having a child. 😖 Is it just me being weird or do many of you feel/felt that way?
I met my husband when my first child was 8 months old so it wasn't pretty to begin with but now a second baby and I lost a ton of weight right away I'm so embarrassed and he likes to joke and I'm scared he'll make a joke about how I look and I'm tooooo sensitive after having this baby lol. If the men heard what we were saying they would probably call us crazy for feeling this way lol
@finallypink429, same here!!! Don't think I'll ever feel comfortable as I once did, especially because we're thinking of giving my daughter a sibling. So yeah, it'll be WORSE! 😞
I hide my stomach when I'm getting changed or anything- I feel flabby and gross 😩
After I gave birth to my son I was squashy and gross plus I had a episiotomy. I didn't even want to look at myself let alone have my husband look at me
@mrsmord, I feel the same way but I'm only 3 months PP. I guess it doesn't get better lol
@mommytolucia, how do you cope with that? I don't let him near me and change in the bathroom away from him 😄😄😄
@est2012 my son is almost 5 months PP and I suffer terribly with this still . that's why I'm serious about my eating healthy regime lol
@mrsmord Ok so it's just not me. Lol! I got so devastated after I gave birth cause I lost weight pretty quickly but that's when they started appearing 😞
@finallypink429, most definitely lol!!! But yeah I'm sensitive as well. I lost my baby weight pretty quick which is why I got the stretch marks left and right and from every angle lol 😖 and I'm sure it'll be worse with my second one but I'll be sure to be emotionally ready lol
