Is It Safe to Get a Tattoo While Breastfeeding?

I wanna get another tattoo. But is it not safe to get one while nreasfeeding? Hubby told me it's not the safest idea.

It's safe. Just do proper aftercare to prevent infection

They only say it's unsafe because if you get a systemic infection, that can be passed in breast milk.

Its safe the tattoo ink particles are too big to make its way into the breastmilk
