can you start pumping while pregnant? I've been told that the discharge you get near the end is actually good for baby and was wondering if its a good idea to pump that and freeze it for when baby comes? (not pump now, but like the last month)

same. I have lost part of my plug and I'm effaced some, not all tho. but the dr is saying I probably won't make it to my due date. @deafmama16
I'm doing it as soon I'm 37 weeks... If I make it that far lol munchkin already head down and enfaced
if you're 37-40 weeks my OB says yes, ask yours though
It can actually induce labor, so I would say no... It is good for the baby but that is what your body will produce for the baby until your milk comes in anyway.
