Okay great! I really didn't want to do shakes but if food alone can do the trick I'll definitely stick to it. I breastfeed so I definitely need more protein than if I wasn't but not sure how much is enough. @kimberkatherine
I really try not to do shakes. I make nutritional plans so I understand how to calculate how much protein I should be getting for my weight/pregnancy and activity but I try to only get my protein from food sources. @sokori
@haileybuttons, you should definitely get back to it! It just feels so amazing and refreshing lol even tho I'm a little bit tired I know it'll all be worth it. I came across a Protein for pregnant moms called baby booster. Was thinking about contacting them to find out if they recommend their product for mothers who've already had the baby as well.
@haileybuttons, agreed! I just started back working out! I had goals of becoming an NPC figure but not sure if I want to compete anymore I really just want the nice, chiseled body ☺️. I just wanted to know are protein shakes healthy or recommended to consume while EBF?
