Does cosleeping with your child spoil them? I sleep with my daughter every night & my partner thinks shes getting too used to being around us & eventually she'll get spoiled
@gothmom123, I think dad is just worried about space or not enough time with you. It was hard for me when I got with SO because there wasn't a night without having stepson in the bed with us. So no fun having. Lol. We are a blended family. I have 2 and he has 1. My oldest and his oldest both co-slept. Mine until he was 6months. The transition was easy. His until he was 9. The transition took a yr and a half. Lol. I wouldn't call that spoiled, just attached. My youngest didn't co-slept with me at all. He is way more independent than the older 2, but I can't actually say that is due to not co-sleeping (although I think it has a bit to do with it). The spoiling of all 3 of our boys had nothing to do with the cosleeping, however. I can promise you that. ;) And they are all very spoiled. Lol. :)
You can't spoil a baby. I slept with my daughter for the first year and the transition was super easy I was actually very surprised.
Don't think so. I cosleep with my son because I just can't simply get him to stay asleep in his own bed. Cosleeping also works for me since I breastfeed. Every baby is different and at this young age, they need you right now. I wouldn't say to worry about it 😊
I wouldn't say it necessarily spoils them but it is easier to get them used to their own bed when they're small. My almost 2 year old still won't sleep in her bed all night cuz she's so used to sleeping with us. It's hard to get her to stay in hers.
I don't think so. I coslept with my now 3 year old and he sleeps in his own bed just fine. And he's awesome. I think he just wants more space in the bed 😜

Using the "cry it out" approach with my 3week old in order to get him to sleep in his own bed. He cried for 30 mins before falling asleep! Spoiled baby!

Rainbow in the sky after walking my 2 mutts last night. Here's to hoping for us all! ?

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. Congratulations to everyone and I wish you all wonderful pregnancies and deliveries! ??❤️
