I didn't know that you took a urine test prior to the blood test. So you had a positive urine test and then did a blood test to confirm and your levels were 285? In this case it's most likely not possible then.

I think it takes at least 6 days for implantation and fertilization

It could be. I had a positive urine test just 6 days after confirmed ovulation via basal body temperature tracking. That means if I had done a blood test it would have been positive a day or two before the urine. Since everyones levels rise differently, its possible. Unlikely, but possible
